Don’t expect food. They have nothing. The rooms stink of weed, The drinking water station is filthy The stove is broken and old. They don’t keep the pots, plates, spoons, glasses in the room. You have to carry them from the front desk to your room in a bucket. We go to the hotel and the front desk couch grabbed our attention for being so dirty but when we opened the room door the it smelled like cat pee a very strong odor that we couldn’t even enter the room. We asked for a new room but the second room was better but they were during construction in the wall and it didn’t look clean either. The lady at the front desk apologized and she agreed with us about everything and canceled the reservation and said she would reimburse the money to my credit card. Unfortunately I haven’t being reimbursed yet and instead I have being charged twice. Can you please reach out to the hotel and ask for a full reimbursement?
