Building amenities include heated pool, hot tub, gym, club room, and - the best part - a private breezeway connecting directly to CityPlace, one of West Palm’s most happening destinations with restaurants, shops, cafés and entertainment. This unit has a prime location, just a 3-4 minute walk away to the Brightline Station, 5 minute walk to Clematis Street and the pristine beaches on legendary Palm Beach Island are a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride or even a 20 minute walk. You have private access to the entire 1245 square-foot apartment. The apartment has a split floor plan and a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer. Situated only minutes from the airport, beach, downtown, and the new Brightline train (with stops in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale) this apartment has a great location. Gated garage parking is included for the duration of your stay and there is a 24/7 lobby attendant to answer any immediate questions. There is an application process required with the HOA to be submitted to the building. Therefore, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival. This property can only be booked for a minimum of 4 weeks. Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay.
