Spread out in over 3000 sq. feet of beachfront beauty! "Your home on Lake Michigan was perfect for our family vacation! The views of the Dunes and Lake were gorgeous and the Lake easily accessible for swimming and kayaking. The home had 4 comfortable bedrooms and was clean. Overall our stay was lovely." Susan E. The main floor living space provides a spacious layout perfect for gathering everyone together. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and an island opens to the roomy dining area. Cozy up in the connected living space complete with panoramic views, flat screen tv, and built-in window seat perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or power napping. This level opens by French doors to a wrap-around screened porch with a gas grill overlooking the sandy beach and spectacular Lake Michigan views. A full bath and laundry area complete this floor. On the second level, you will find 3 bedrooms and an additional full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and lake views and opens to an attached balcony. The second bedroom also connects to this balcony with beach views and one twin and one queen bed. The 3rd bedroom offers an additional full-sized bed. In the amazing 3rd-floor master suite you will find a king bed strategically placed to take full advantage of the lake views, a full ensuite bath, and access to a private deck. The lower-level walkout provides a great additional space for plenty of fun. A pool table and a full bath create another floor of accommodations and opens directly to walkways to the amazing beach area. \*\*Pets are considered with an additional cleaning fee.
