The bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen had more than enough for the two of us. It is located close to antique alley for those who love to shop antiques and is very close to a coffee shop and also a local shop selling delicious pastries and breads. The post office next door was slower because of the weekend too, so not much noise that way. We were in town for a tour of ULM and the home was easy to access and get to. The property owners did drive by numerous times throughout our stay, which was odd; but they are the property owners, so that's their right. Nothing that would prevent us from renting again. Plenty of blankets, towels, and kitchen items. Great water pressure in shower. The home is older with older finishes and that is fairly reflected in the price. Master bedroom has a firm mattress, the second bedroom has a softer mattress. The house is small and doors are tough to close so you will hear everything throughout the house. It is right across from the railroad so you will also hear trains in the early morning and throughout the day. It’s next to the post office truck yard so you can hear them early in the morning during the week as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. ##### Shayne M.
