Clean, comfortable stay in West Lebanon. The staff were all very helpful and worked hard to make sure the guests were taken care of. The breakfasts were good, and the rooms were spacious and quiet. Will be staying again.

Comfortable stay in Lebanon. We were at the Best Western for a week. Enjoyed the daily breakfast (although a little variation in the hot items would be better) the gym and the great location near the airport and shopping and dining in west Lebanon. The staff (although short staffed) were always helpful. Would return.

Hello! When you check in, the paper that you sign states that housekeeping is offered for guests that stay 2 or more nights and only upon request. We have staff at the desk 24hrs a day and we also provide door tags for housekeeping services.

Very clean room but you can hear every little noise from everyone around you so it’s impossible to sleep. Staff seemed annoyed that I was checking in.

Not too happy I had an emergency where I needed to cancel my stay at the hotel due to my flight was canceled from Lebanon New Hampshire I tried to cancel but the manager didn't want to refund me my money so I was flying from Lebanon New Hampshire to Boston so I had to drive all the way down to Boston to fly to Orlando Florida so I'm not happy with the manager at that hotel seems like they didn't care about my situation therefore on my next flight I will bother to stay on that hotel

We are sorry about your flight being cancelled and the situation that you were put in, but you booked an advance purchace via expedia that is non refundable. If you had booked directly with the hotel, this would have been a non issue and we wouldve just cancelled your reservation.

The staff that greeted us was friendly and efficient. Our bathroom door didn't shut! It was duct taped and the lock on hallway door to lock from inside was so loose that if anyone wanted to come in, they would get in! There was a hockey team there that allowed children to run up and down the halls knocking on doors. breakfast was good, basic but, enough choices for most to be satisfied. I believe our room was right under the gym, or else that was where the hockey team had practice. I would stay again, but would request a top floor at the far end of the hall way!

Stay for two nights, got “ding donged ditched” a couple of times by some kids. No harm or foul there, in my opinion. Bathroom didn’t have a fan and there was an area of concern in my bathroom. For the quick stay it was perfect.

Run down, dirty hotel. Breakfast was ok, except of the smell of tobacco. The male employee went out for a smoke twice during the 20 minutes we spent in the lobby. Each time he stood right front of the main entrance letting the smoke come in as the doors opened. Wouldn’t stay here again.
