But I'd add 2 more since it's a 4 person apartment. For the last thing, I'd try to make it really clear that there is only one bed in this apartment. For some reason I thought there was 2 and I was not super happy when I found out 2 of us would have to sleep on the couch. But it wasn't the end of the world.
