Easy parking in front of the house, keypad access to private bedroom, attached bathroom, hanging TV,
Netflix, coffee and tea, etc. There is no interaction or shared space with home owner, however happy to provide you with anything you'll need during your stay if you reach out.

Walking distance to shopping and movies. Visit Westfield Topanga Mall, Outdoor Village with lots of restaurants, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Target etc.

I think this place was a great value for the money. It’s not luxury living, but at only double digits per night (they don’t let you post prices in reviews), it is far cheaper than what you’d pay for even the crappiest hotel in the area. Everything was clean enough and well thought out. There was even a couple of thoughtfully provided water bottles along with some coffee, tea bags and condiments and a little fridge. Doing yoga there was not exactly a pleasant experience because with your face down on the floor next to it, you realize the rug is old and musty. And you do hear the home’s other inhabitants when you’re in the bathroom but didnt notice them with the bathroom door closed. Other than that, everything was very satisfactory and a good value with great communication.
