This listing is a large 1200sqft thoughtfully decorated foot print. Nearly 2 acres of yard to walk and explore, if that's your happy place. Your welcome to sit and enjoy a warm fire in the backyard on a star night.

The apartment is entire 1st floor, no stairs.  
  
Read all house rules. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure before booking that EVERYONE in your party will be able to understand and follow them ALL.  
The space  
The apartment is the entire 1st floor of the house, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with included washer and dryer, dinning room, living room with smart TV, 2 private bedrooms with the 3rd bedroom being in the large sun room.  
Guest access  
Guests have access to Rear hall common area, 1st floor apartment only, front porch for sitting, entire 2 acre yard to roam, & fire pit.  
Other things to note  
There is ONE window AC unit located in the middle bedroom with the queen bed for your enjoyment.
