We found the Pelham on Earle to be a really nice boutique style hotel. It was very clean, the pool area was vey nice, the breakfast that was included was very fresh and delicious! Not your typical free breakfast, definitely elevated. Entire stay was seamless. Would definitely return!

Perfect little hotel with clean pool and just right rooms. Optional bakery box ordered the night before is a MUST! Close to sweet little beach; wagon, chairs and umbrella provided by hotel. Staff is warm and helpful.

Charming inn on the cape

This place is charming with friendly staff. Catherine was amazing at check in and the hydrangeas were still in bloom. It's right by the beach as well. The room was small but very clean and the only thing that wasn't good was that our refrigerator wasn't working so all the drinks we bought were hot. I would stay there again!

Very nice property!!

This is my new go to place on the Cape!! Very clean and modern and super easy walk to the beach. Pool and bar area was also very nice. Loved that you could also go to sister resorts. Complimentary coffee and muffins in the morning was a nice touch. Only areas of improvement would be to add room darkening shades and keep the bar and fire pit open past 9 pm.

A great find! Easy check in, clean and updated rooms. Pool well maintained, bar/restaurant good food, a bit pricey but good, comfy bed and close to beach ca. 200 meters.

After extensive research looking for a vacation destination, I came across the story of the Pelham! This family operated hotels are amazing! impeccable attention to details, extremely clean room. very well maintained grounds! The friendly staff, making sure our visit included seeing the other properties. Pelham House, our breakfast was outstanding! This family should be extremely proud!

First off the property was so welcoming and charming. We had access to our local beach at the end of a short street that we could drive and park or walk with a cute little wagon with two beach chairs, towel and a beach umbrella! What a great idea. We had a fireplace and a beautifully comfortable bed in our room and a front porch to have a cocktail at night. A restaurant, firepit, outdoor games and a good size pool completed our stay. We LOVED it! Will we go back again? Yes, yes and yes!

Pelham on Earle was a beautiful place to stay. The room was immaculate and quiet. The bathroom was on the small size but adequate. We only ate dinner at the on-site restaurant one night and the food was delicious. The one thing that Pelham needs is a breakfast option; luckily there are restaurants in close proximity. There are coffee makers in the room however the “coffee whitener” was a poor substitute for real cream or half and half. We would definitely recommend staying at Pelham; everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Close to the beach. Quiet community. The property looked very well maintained. Pool looked nice. WIFI was intermittent. Poor connection. Also, there should be a full length mirror in the rooms. And a magnifying mirror for makeup and shaving installed by the sink.

Pelham on Earle not the resort!

The hotel is located one block from the beach. There is not a view - I think one reviewer incorrectly posted that there was a view and a restaurant. There is neither. We appreciated the coffee and mini muffins in the morning but didn’t appreciate the location. However it was very quiet and well kept.
