It comfortably sleeps six, with a queen bed in the master and two other bedrooms, each with two twin beds. It features a beautifully landscaped, private outdoor living space, with a large deck, oversize table, plenty of comfy outdoor seating, firepit and a new gas grill, all sure to make for beautiful Cape Cod evenings. It’s a quiet spot for a morning cup of coffee, evening glass of wine, and plenty of lush lawn for games and running around. The enclosed outdoor shower is spacious and perfect for just rinsing off after the beach or for a more leisurely bathing experience in the afternoon sun. There is a claw-foot tub in the upstairs bathroom for a relaxing soak and an accessible, glass shower in the downstairs bathroom. There are also two indoor living areas – a sunroom and the main living room – each with a large-screen TV. And if you MUST work while on vacation, there is high speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace with a desk. But what makes this house the perfect destination for your Cape escape is that it’s safe, quiet and private, but still close to…everything! Just SOME of the places that are less than a ¾ mile walk… • Belmont Road Beach – no cars allowed, so it’s less crowded than most • Buckie’s Biscotti – an outstanding bakery with terrific breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks for all • The Red Nun Bar & Grill – a great casual spot • The Oyster Company – a terrific restaurant specializing in native Cape Cod seafood • The Ocean House – Fine dining with unmatched oceanfront views • The ICONIC Sundae School Ice Cream – if you know, you know, but if you don’t - GO! • The Wee Packet - perfect for breakfast or lunch Guests will have access to EVERYTHING on the property! And unlike many Cape Cod rentals, we’ll provide linens and bath towels. Please just bring your own beach towels. During your stay, you’ll have direct access to the property owners Jen and Will if you need any help at all. The front door has a keypad lock, and code will be shared the day before check-in. Dogs are welcome. We ask that you respect neighbors by keeping outdoor noise down after 10 pm. No pets other than dogs, please. It it centrally located on Cape Cod which allowed us to visit beaches on the north and south side of the Cape. The neighborhood is quiet and the property itself is very well maintained with plenty of outdoor seating if you want to retreat from the crowds while still enjoying the beautiful weather. As other reviewers have mentioned, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s situated on a quiet street, surrounded by other beautiful homes. The property is well-furnished and in terms of cleanliness, is nothing short of immaculate. This is likely the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The kitchen is spacious and appears to have been recently updated with high end appliances. The yard and back deck are lovely. We found the beds to be comfortable. The living areas are spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive, and have great recommendations on restaurants and sites to visit.
