You will be staying in a beautifully furnished 6-room house spanning 150 square meters across two levels. The ground floor consists of a living/dining room with a dining table and TV, leading out to a terrace. There is also a room with two beds and an open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, you will find a shower and a separate toilet on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. Heat is available throughout the house, and there is a television in the living area. A dishwasher, microwave, and other kitchen appliances are provided for your convenience. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, with five bedrooms and two bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the house features four rooms, each with two beds and a shower/WC area. Outside, you will have access to a terrace with patio furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Additional facilities include a children's high chair, a baby cot (upon request), and free WiFi internet access. Reserved parking for two cars is available at the house. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and bookings are accepted for holiday purposes only. A deposit of 100 EUR per person may be charged on-site.
