Open concept home with large partially covered deck on a quiet road in Dover Hills. Just minutes to Mt Snow Ski Area and Hermitage Club, and 20 minute drive to two lakes. Main level has open kitchen, dining and living room leading out to deck, wood burning fireplace, two bedrooms and full bath. Lower level has walk out den with two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Pretty yard with detached garage, shed, and a stream running along back of property. Nearby access to VAST snowmobile trails.

-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
