Spacious unit with open floor plan located on the third floor (access via stairs only), two private bathrooms, & large private patio overlooking green views. Take an Insta selfie or best friend group photo in the beautiful 7ft mirror. Relax on the comfortable modern furniture & hook up to our super-fast gig speed Wi-Fi. Large 65" TV in the living room and smart TVs in each bedroom. Free tanning bed, pool access, and gym! Detached garage included steps away from secured entrance. Full W/D in unit Quiet neighborhood, walking/biking trails, & dog park located on site. Close to everything West Des Moines, Des Moines and surrounding cities has to offer. Please note there is a Ring Doorbell security camera located at the front door and a Minut Noise device inside the unit to monitor noise levels, temperature and smoke detector- this device does NOT record audio. Its purpose is to help prevent noise complaints from neighboring units. There are no cameras inside the property.
