This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom renovated space combines a comfortable interior space with a large private backyard that all can enjoy. Be advise that the home is a duplex and the left side would be occupied by you and your guests during your stay. For now, there is no dishwasher, no electric outlet in the bathroom, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and no hand towels for the bathroom, just paper towels. Blinds in the shower could easily be replaced by an opaque film that provides both privacy and light. Living areas could use additional comfortable seating and pictures on the walls. There is some peeling paint in the door entrance. The mattresses are quite firm. The yard is full of leaves, but they cover up where the yard is missing grass. The stove does not have labels to know which knob controls which burner and what the high/med/low temperatures are. A kitchen trash can with a foot pedal to open the lid would be a big plus in keeping hands away from germs. All of this is manageable, but incorporating some of the upgrades I suggested would really bring people back again and again. Blackout curtains worked well. Internet service was good. Relatively quiet during my stay. ##### Karen G. My partner and I stayed and loved every minute of our little vacation! The owners responded quickly and were extremely kind. The stay comes with all amenities you'll need.
