Staff not friendly during disturbance late in the night, didn't send security to floor, repeatedly asked for room number, which wasnt relevant as the hallway was where the incident was occuring.

Kinda janky. No hand towel in the bathroom, bathroom lock was broken, bed made with a bed runner and top sheet but no blanket or comforter, couches with reclining chairs that don't work, broken window shades.
