Architecturally identical to the other three cottages surrounding it, this cozy getaway can sleep 7 guests, 6 adults max. Each floor plan opens to the sea with a pergola extending over the front porch, creating an elevated lounging perch with ocean views. The bedroom suites sit on opposite wings of the cottage with direct access to the front porch. Bed & Bathroom Layout (Sleeps 7 guests total, 6 adults max) \-- Primary Suite - king bed, HD TV with Apple TV, garden and ocean views, ensuite bath with jacuzzi bathtub, and separate rain shower. \-- Twin Suite - 2 twin beds, garden and ocean views, ensuite bath with a shower bath. \-- Sleeper sofa in the living area for 2 adults. \-- A roll-away bed is available in each cottage. Each cottage features a vaulted great room with ocean views encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The professionally decorated interiors combine soothing hues, natural textures, and modern materials to evoke an updated island vibe. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, and modern appliances. The kitchens are fully stocked with plates, glassware, flatware, and serving pieces. A family dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen with seating for all. The living area is punctuated with a colorful accent wall and a mounted flatscreen TV. The ocean views also make a statement. Each cottage is also equipped with a full washer and dryer, a personal safe, and wifi. We usually require a 5-night minimum; however, during the lower seasons, the owner may consider shorter stays. Please inquire before booking. ABOUT SEA ORCHARD RETREAT Sea Orchard Retreat is a boutique gated resort of oceanfront cottages on the quiet north coast of West Bay in beautiful Grand Cayman. Located just 10 minutes from Seven Mile Beach, guests can enjoy all the resorts, water sports, restaurants, and leisure activities the area has to offer. The shops of George Town & Camana Bay are also only a short drive away.\*\* The resort consists of four individual 2-bedroom cottages, a large resort pool with a heated spa and cabanas, a fitness center, and seaside hammocks under sea grape trees. It was such a respite, away from the busy areas, but a very short drive to the tourist spots. The cottage is clean, well furnished and has everything you need. The pool area is lovely and you can walk down to the beach. Séjour de 6 nuits en décembre 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Joseph L. 2 avr. 2018 #### Idyllic family retreat in beautiful Cayman My wife and I brought our 4 children to stay at Sea Orchard Retreat (Pomegranite) end of March. Our villa was beautiful, clean, well appointed and nestled in this idyllic property with perfect pool, gorgeous flowers and landscaping, and views of the crystal waters of Conch Point. Although very private and off the beaten path, we found access to all the best Grand Cayman has to offer incredibly easy, availing ourselves of horseback riding on the beach, excursions through the North Sound, hanging out at Governor's Beach on Seven Mile, and enjoying great cuisine. Sea Orchard Retreat was a big part of one of our best family vacations and we would love to return! ##### Joseph L. Séjour de 8 nuits en mars 2018 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Amy and Bill D. 14 févr. 2018 #### Fantastic small resort Our group of 6 couples rented all 4 cottages at the Sea Orchard Retreat, and we had a great stay at this intimate beachfront resort. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of lounges and tables/chairs and we spent hours poolside tanning, playing cards, enjoying music, and eating some meals. The cottages are very modern and have a great layout with a king bedroom on one side and a queen or 2 twin bedroom on the other side, providing very good privacy for every couple. Each unit has a full kitchen and washer/dryer, enabling us to eat some meals in and also do some laundry. A nice audio/video setup allows you to watch TV via AppleTV, or play music throughout the cottage due to speakers in all of the rooms. The Wifi was strong, and cellphone service was adequate. This is a very private, quiet resort, allowing you to have a very relaxing experience or to be a bit rowdy without worrying about disturbing the neighbors. We arranged for massages one day that were done in a small cabana down by the beach, and this was an amazing, relaxing experience for the wives. There are also excellent amenities such as kayaks, snorkeling gear, water shoes, plenty of beach towels, etc. You are only a short walk to the Pappagallo Restaurant where we had a couple of fantastic dinners. I would absolutely recommend this resort for groups like ours, and also for smaller groups that may take 1-2 cottages. ##### Amy and Bill D.
