Our spacious home is sure to please any group or family. Steps from the ocean and stunning shore diving, this is the perfect choice for your next stay in the Cayman Islands. Guests staying with us, get free tanks everyday to explore our amazing reef. Relax in style with the amenities of home. We are steps away (you can even dive from there) from Cracked Conch Restaurant and Macabuca Tiki Bar, where you can enjoy the best food and sunsets on our island. The Twin bedroom Two single beds in a newly renovated beautiful spacious home with a stunning pool an amazing view of the ocean just meters away. The twin bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably and it can also be converted into a King bed, if requested in advance. The private bathroom is right outside your bedroom. There is an outdoor BBQ, full equipped kitchen and laundry. All our guest have a daily complimentary dive tank on us to explore our beautiful reef. Our Unit Our light spacious 3 bedrooms and a large open plan with ground floor kitchen and living room opens onto a lovely patio with a BBQ overlooking the pool which is just meters away from Cayman's premier shore diving. My home has three floors: ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dinning and tv area with a porch and a large BBQ. The ground floor is the only part that is shared with possible other guests staying in the condo. 2nd floor, top floor, queen bed & queen sofa. 1st floor, twin and a queen bedroom. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The condo can be rented in full or as shared units. The Coconut Bay condo The grounds around the condo are professional landscaped and maintained daily, with two large private pools and a shower area fully equipped with a large rinse tank and dive benches so you can wash your dive gear after every dive. We are located in a very quiet part of Cayman called West Bay, within a 5 minute walk to the Turtle Centre and Dolphin Discovery and Cracked Conch Restaurant/Macabuca Tiki Bar. Just 10 mins drive to Seven Mile shops, restaurants, and beaches. There is a regular bus route right outside the property which is just 2$ CI to town. Guest access We are affiliated with Shaggy's diving , a personalized diving, snorkelling and watersports company. We have over 20 years of experience around the world, providing amazing customized private trips to go at your own pace or group trips with up to 8 people onboard. We also rent as a diving package with a 2 tank boat everyday if you are interested please ask. Receive 10% off all diving, snorkelling & rental gear trips booked through our dive company. Other things to note \- No pets \- No smoking inside the unit \- Quiet time after 11 pm in accordance with the property regulations. \- We have recycle bins inside our accommodation & Coconut Bay Condo also provides big recycling bins outside. Shaggys place is totally awesome. We had the top floor unit. You share the house with other guests on the second floor. There are three rooms and three bathrooms- the second floor has a room with an ensuite and the other bathrooms are on the same floor. The kitchen and living room is downstairs. Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal although some of the pans are pretty beat up but we found everything we needed even spices. There is a wonderful pool outside and a lovely porch area, we saw a parrot. There is a ladder by the ocean which is a couple of steps and you can snorkel or shore dive from ther to a great reef. There is a great restaurant on the water in walking distance that we went to a few times (Cracked Conch). We had great roommates who went diving with us. This place is the best place to stay on Cayman if you want to dive every day. Shaggy runs the best dive boat ever. At the house you can hang your wet gear outside and there are tanks right there to use if you want to shore dive. My husband and I both had injured arms so we had limited ability to carry equipment but Gary carried our gear for us and made everything work. The condo has four rooms available for rent, and the host is not on site. Despite the condo’s excellent location, the potential presence of other guests can be surprising, especially as VRBO usually offers entire property rentals. I was taken aback when three unknown men entered the condo one afternoon without prior notice, while my wife, teenage daughter, and I were in one room and another woman was renting another room. This setup also impacts control over the AC, bathroom access, and the use of shared areas. This wasn't clear from the property listing, so it's worth asking about the number of people sharing the property during your stay. However, Shaggy and his team were very friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful time in West Bay. ##### Jean D. One suggestion might be to have each guest room be able to be locked. Now it’s the honor system. We had delightful fellow travelers there when we were there so it was no issue. Owner Shaggy, is very responsive. Great sunsets. It’s a $30 cab ride to Georgetown Shaggy is very helpful and available. We somehow missed that this is a “shared house” situation (like a hostel) so make sure you know that! Off the beaten path but right next to Cayman Turtle Center, and the best restaurant on the island. Divers paradise. ##### Kristin v.
