### Ferienhaus in Schierke mit Garten

Log cabin in a quiet south-facing slope directly by the forest and on the hiking trail to the Brocken. It is located at an altitude of 622 meters at the foot of the Brocken summit, around five kilometers away, with a view of Schierke and the Wurmberg. The house offers a wonderful view from the sauna and the bath of one of Schierke's large rocky cliffs. Enjoy the unique charm of the mountain town of Schierke with all its advantages. The small district of Wernigerode has a pretty spa park with botanical features and is known for the so-called Old Pharmacy, the headquarters of the Schierker Feuerstein. Activities nearby: The Brockenbahn train station is around 10 minutes' walk away. Hiking trails and cross-country ski runs can be reached directly from the house. Whether bakery, supermarket, restaurant, savings bank or cafe - all important things can be reached in a few minutes on foot. You can get to Wernigerode and Braunlage in a few minutes by car. At the entrance to Schierke is the Brockencoaster (bobsleigh run) - fun for the whole family. Cross-country skiing, downhill skiing (on the neighboring Wurmberg) or horse-drawn sleigh rides in winter, horse-drawn carriage rides, horse riding, mountain biking, Nordic walking, climbing or hiking in summer - Schierke offers you a variety of leisure activities.  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to shoulder height 35 cm). In winter, fresh snow can make it difficult to reach the house.
