The home includes three elegantly furnished bedrooms: two with plush queen beds and one with a bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The crisp all-white bathroom is a haven of relaxation, with a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. Designed with accessibility in mind, Henderson House offers level access from the carport and throughout the house, ensuring ease of movement. Year-round comfort is assured with reverse-cycle air conditioning. As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund. PAYMENT POLICY Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
