The mattresses are firm, but not nearly as firm as those I have tried in other places in Chuuk. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and had a great recommendation for dinner. For some reason, two of the rooms, both on the second floor, did not have hot water. The group I was with had people in three additional rooms on the third floor, and they had no problems with hot water. It was an easy walk over to the airport, even with all our luggage. They offered a laundry service that several people used and liked.
