The apartment is located in the 2-storey apartment house "Haus Hammerich" on the 1st Floor. The house is about 300 m from the beach in a quiet location. On the ground floor of the house a. a smaller grocery store.
Size:
1 room apartment approx. 30 m² for 2 people.
Furnishing:
In the living room there is a double fold-away bed, 2 relax armchairs, and the dining area in front of the east balcony. The kitchenette is also in the living room. The bathroom inside has a shower.
Washer and dryer (coin operated) are in the basement of the house.
A small dog can be brought on request.
A parking space is available on the property.
Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival. In the middle of the old town of Wenningstedt, this house is in a central location. The apartment is on the first floor. The beach crossing is 3 minutes away on foot. Shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity
This bright and sunny apartment is cozy and comfortably furnished. This includes a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.
The bathroom is modern and functional.
The living room is flooded with light and modernly furnished with cable TV and radio. The dining area invites you to linger comfortably on the game night. In the kitchen, the hobby cook will find everything he needs to spoil his loved ones. Equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove and oven, as well as an extractor hood, kettle and coffee machine, nothing is left to be desired.
The large balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and invites you to breakfast outdoors in the morning.
