With a generous living space of 64 m², this apartment offers accommodation for up to four guests in an inviting atmosphere ideal for families, couples, or small groups wishing to experience the Baltic Sea coast comfortably. One of the highlights of this apartment is its exceptional location: Just 100 meters from the sandy beach and the sea, guests can easily enjoy maritime leisure activities as well as relaxing beach days. Situated in a picturesque bay, the property boasts an extraordinary landscape view, which can be appreciated directly from the covered balcony. Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten eine Vollkatastrophe. Vor dem 12-geschossigen Gebäude befinden sich grade mal knapp 20 Parkplatz für die noch dazu ein hoher Kantstein überwunden werden muss. Ein Aufsetzen meines Autos auf dem Kantstein hat leider Folgekosten verursacht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kam es an einem Feiertag zu Baulärm aus einer darüberliegenden Wohnung. ##### Martin Z.
