With a spacious garden and terrace, it’s ideal for enjoying sunny days with an alfresco meal or a quiet moment among the greenery. Fire up the barbecue for a casual feast, or savor the warmth of the indoor sauna after a day of exploring. Within the house, the open kitchen is equipped for creating your favorite dishes, while the comfortable living area offers a cozy space to gather and enjoy movies or music. The children can safely play in the garden, while the private parking and easy access to the town center, just 300 meters away, make exploring a breeze. Indulge in local delights at restaurants just 300 meters away or explore the bustling Centrum Yerseke, famous for its oysters and seafood, just 7.5 km from your doorstep. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby course, only 5 km away. The lively town of Goes, with its quaint shops and historic center, is a short 9.2 km drive, perfect for a day trip.
