Find sweet simplicity on Maine's southern shores at this Wells studio condo, a beach-goer's escape with a community pool & terrace, a shared picnic area with charcoal grills, easy walking access to beaches, restaurants & shops, and the trolley stop is next door!  
  
This condo is located in the Moody neighborhood of Wells, on the western edge of the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve. Spend the summer boogie boarding & sunbathing at Moody and Ogunquit Beaches ... Less than a mile away!  
  
Property is co-hosted by KMA Property Group LLC (Anca and Mike) who are not on property during your stay, but only a message away! Please don't hesitate to reach out via your booking app!  
  
Studio is located at the Holiday House Condominiums complex, in the Moody section of Wells, Maine (on the Ogunquit town line).  
  
Holiday House Condominiums offers access to a seasonal, outdoor pool (typically open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day). The pool is not heated. Charcoal grills are also available on the property, in the green common area next to the pool (charcoal is not provided but available at local stores nearby, including the Hannaford grocery store).

Short drive to the beach. The people who we rented from wouldn't identify themselves over the phone and asked us to submit extra payment. It was only 30 but the principle of not saying who they were until we paid made me uncomfortable.
