The Space:  
You’ll find this chic 2-bedroom home located within the popular Cottages of Summer Village community, a 65-acre, gated escape with onsite amenities that are sure to delight everyone in your party. Make a splash in one of three inground pools, one adult-only and two family, afterward lounging on the spacious pool decks stretched out in comfortable chaise lounge seating. With sports courts for just about every activity imaginable, friendly competition is high on the menu. Keep up with your goals in the fitness center, afterward releasing any pent-up stress in the sauna. The kids will delight in the outdoor playgrounds or indoor game room featuring air hockey and foosball tables, video games, and more. Set out on a peaceful bike ride along the 1.8-mile perimeter road before you settle in for a movie night or other community-sponsored event.  
  
Further your exploration with a visit into Wells to stroll through the picturesque streets, discovering the quaint shops, seafood shacks, and historic landmarks that offer a glimpse into the town’s maritime heritage. A 37-minute walk or quick 4-minute drive, perfect for a brief visit to its rocky shoreline. For a full day in the sun, Wells Beach is just 2.3 miles away, offering soft sand and plenty of space to relax. Whether you're planning a quiet walk or a classic beach outing, this cozy retreat puts both options within easy reach.
