Maine Getaway
Nice little property, but not exceptional. The hot water heater broke while we were there but the owners were very responsive to get it fixed. Plumber said it was very old. Furnishings were a bit if a mishmash - not very appealing. Dishwasher and laundry detergent were not provided yet we were asked to wash towels and dishes before we left.

Great stay close to Ogunquit
Cabin was a great location near Wells Beach and close to both Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Close proximity to clubhouse with a really nice pool and hot tub. Cabin was well furnished and comfortable for 3 adults. Check-in was very easy and owner was very responsive. Good WiFi if you need it. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet.

Quiet and Relaxing
We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay longer to go to the beach. This was the perfect quiet spot, set back from the road but a quick drive to Wells Beach and Ogunquit. The host was quick to respond!

Amazing vacation location
We absolutely loved our stay, especially one of the best pools for kids in the area. It is close to restaurants and attractions (loved the go karts) and between all the beaches in Wells and Ogunquit. The place is clean and comfortable, great AC’s during a very hot week. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great stay in a cozy area
We loved staying here, it was perfect for us and our toddler. Everything was as described! A nice short drive to the beach, a fun pool area and club house, and plenty of amenities for when we didn’t want to dine out. Would definitely recommend!

Our family of 5 had an amazing time in Maine and this cottage was absolutely performed our stay! The house was perfect, the location was great and the owners were amazing! A great vacation spot for our family!
The cottage was fantastic, and beat all of our expectations! I’m so glad we stayed here instead of a hotel… having 2 bedrooms and the kitchen/living room space was great. The pool was gorgeous, and never crowded. We had a fantastic week!

Delightful Place to Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was as pictured/described and very clean. It perfectly met the needs of our family of four. The pool and clubhouse are also nicely maintained and so great to have. Especially for children! We would happily stay here again.

Everything was excellent- the cottage, ammentities, and host!
The cottage was cute, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a week-long getaway. The ammentities were great wirh my children loving the pool and my partner loving the hot tub! The host was so nice and responsive, and the check in and out process was so simple! Would highly recommend booking with this host at this property!

This is a wonderful cottage that is clean and comfortable. However, just a few suggestions. The towels are a little thin so maybe a better quality of towel. There should be a bedside light in the bedroom. I would definitely stay again!

Great place for an escape!
Clean cottage in gated resort community with just enough necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable! Beds were great, sufficient kitchen supplies and TVs with wifi for downtime when we wanted to be at the cottage. Rosabel and Richard were responsive and pleasant from the first contact! Would recommend and return. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway
Rosabel was accommodating and communicative from day one. Everything that was suggested from past reviews has been added to the cottage. Oven mitts, wifi, extra cookware, you name it, she has it there. The pool was still open for us during Columbus Day weekend which was only steps from the cottage. Close to town and all the happenings. Very clean and really nicely decorated. We will definitely be back! Thank you Rosabel!

Labor Day Week Vacation
The property was very clean and the location was quiet. For the most part, the kitchen was well equipped but a good oven mitt should be added. Another improvement would be addition of a couple of table lamps (overhead lighting was intense) and amore comfortable chair. The location was close to many local attractions.

We arrived at the cottage when it was 90 degrees outside. There was NO air conditioning on it the cottage where it was 110 degrees! It took almost 2 days for the cheap air conditioner to cool the place down to a normal temperature. Great place for an upscale trailer park!

Wonderful little cottage
We had a great time here, plenty but not too much room for a family of 3, 3 minute walk to the pool and a 8 minute drive to a number of different beaches. Rosabel was great to work with, got back to me super quick whenever I had a question. This place was awesome.

This cottage is very cute and cozy! A little Small for my family with tall children 11&15 to sleep in bunk beds. Tried sofa bed but not so comfy. Full bed very comfy. Pool area was very close and not too crowded.

Has potential
This is a special cottage but there are a couple of things that could take it to the next level. Owners sent lock box info less than an hour before check in and there was no wifi until you check in so we were locked out. It would be nice if there was more toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner etc to just take the hospitality to the next level. I would have liked to know beforehand if things like half and half and coffee would be provided. Had to run to the store multiple times before I felt comfortable. I think that would have made me feel more welcome. Ok now for the good: loved the location near the pool/amenities. Owners were nice. Great location near town and beaches. Love coming to Wells because of the laid-back atmosphere. I would use the cottage again, but I think there are a couple small improvements the owners could make like sharing a handbook to take the hospitality to the next level.

Awesome place!
We have stayed in a different Beach Dreams cottages prior and there were a LOT of rules. Rosabel was very easy to reach, the place was clean and proximity to pool was great. Only feedback is to maybe have some more kitchen supplies (cookie sheet, measuring cupss) and a few more cleaning supplies for guests. Other than that it was awesome. Will stay again!

Great Location
Great little cottage with all the necessary amenities. The two fans in the bedrooms helped to keep the whole cottage cool. Easy access to pool and hot tub. Great breakfast restaurant across the street from the Beach Dreams property.

Perfect condo
Our family of 4 had a blast in wells. The property was clean, updated, modern and comfortable. I loved the bright colors of the furniture. The location was perfect. Right on the main strip in wells, but the cottage was tucked back and quiet in a wooded community. We also took advantage of the pool, hot tub and arcade. We had a great time! Thanks fir having us.

Don't stay here
The air conditioner is extremely loud, like an airplane engine in your apartment. It also only cools the common area. It does not help even with the bedroom that is right across from it, making it difficult to sleep. We contacted the owner ahead of time about getting into the condo, and she did not provide her phone number or check her email near check-in time. We did have a problem getting in, and she did not respond for an hour and a half. Otherwise, the condo and area are very nice. The pool and gym were great. The condo is clean, well-equipped with dishes, pots, etc

We assure you that if given opportunity we work to address and rectify any and all concern that may be affecting our guest experience. Below is the answer to your concerns: - AC - property maintenance check and the AC is properly working & still we decided to replace a new one and added 2 more electric fan. - i’m not sure if you’re aware that the heat is turned on in the living room and it make sense that AC is making noise. - checking in - I provide the code 45 min. Prior to check. You were already registered as renter a week prior to your arrival so the resort has all your info. Instructions is posted in the guard house what number to call in to get in the property. Nevertheless, we hope we will have the chance to accommodate your family again with an improved experience.

The location of this rental is great for exploring the Wells area. The gated community was lovely and the kiddos loved the pool! Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Good place to stay
The cottage was well located. The month of September is definitely the best month to visit Maine. The weather is perfect and not too many people. The cottage was confortable. We just wish that we had more and bigger pots and pans. The cooking options were somewhat limited with the few items available. Please upgrade them! Other than that, we loved the house. It was a memorable vacation for us.

We had a wonderful time during our Labor Day weekend stay. The property is clean and comfortable. The cottage is conveniently located to the pool. It is also close to the local beaches and restaurants. The owners are very responsive with any questions. We hope to come back next year!

"The way life should be" is right!
The cottage was lovely, so clean and comfortable. The owners, Dave and Nicole, were attentive and so very helpful. The location was close to the beach, and near a variety of restaurants, shops and activities. My only suggestion is that Beach Dreams update their check-in paperwork to reflect the most current Covid guidelines and include more detailed check-in/check-out information. We were fortunate that the owners were so available and could fill in the blanks for us. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Getaway
We loved our stay! The cottage was the perfect size for me, my wife, and our year-old daughter, and only a few minutes drive from Wells Beach. The cottage community was very quiet, so we never had to worry about noisy neighbors. Everything in the cottage was clean and well-prepared, and the owner even stopped by to drop off extra blankets when the weather forecast was for some cold nights. The only problem I had was that I neglected to contact the property managers ahead of time, because I expected to received check-in details from them ahead of my arrival. I had to reach out to them to get the information once I arrived at the location, but they did respond right away so I wasn't delayed in getting in for too long. Overall a wonderful stay, and would absolutely stay again!

This was our second year going to Wells Maine both time staying in a Gated cottage community like this one. Both seasons we enjoyed our stay. The ocean is not far at all and the pool and hot tub within the community was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the cottage and the hospitality!
We couldn’t have asked for better owners, a nicer brighter cottage, or safer environment overall! I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the security gates - the staff was amazing❤️We were there for a sad trip (a funeral), but this space brought my daughter, two of her cousins and I some refuge during the evenings;) We will be back for a beach filled coastal trip! Now my 1st choice of places to stay!

We loved our stay! The cottage was just beautifully renovated. Every room has quaint little touches that make it feel unique. We felt right at home! The location was perfect, close to restaurants, the grocery store, and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!!!
