Designed for comfort and gathering, the home features central air conditioning, four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and a classic Cape Cod outdoor shower. The bright, open-concept living space is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, with a spacious living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen flowing seamlessly together. Double doors open to a generous wraparound deck complete with a gas grill, outdoor dining, and lounge seating, perfect for summer evenings and entertaining. The main level includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in rain shower. This floor also offers an additional full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, including a second primary suite with a queen bed, private sitting area, and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. One additional bedroom offers a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom (currently pictured as a loft with a twin bed) is in the process of being fully enclosed to create a private fourth bedroom featuring two twin beds. Updated photos will be coming soon. A hall bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower serves this level. The recently renovated ground level adds exceptional bonus space and functionality. This finished lower (under construction, photos forthcoming soon) level includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a recreation area with TV and seating, a separate sitting area with a futon for added sleeping accommodations, a game space with a board game table and ping pong table, and a fifth full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sliding doors lead out to the backyard and outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Guests will enjoy easy access to an extensive network of National Seashore trails, nearby kettle ponds for kayaking and swimming, and some of the Cape’s most beautiful beaches. Wellfleet Harbor, local shops, galleries, and outstanding dining options are all just a short drive away. Off-street parking is available in the private driveway for up to four vehicles. I received a list of rules and information about what the renters responsibilities were, but very little info about the landlords responsibilities. The house did not come with any bed linen or towels, a first in my experience. Usually a house comes provided with one or two dish towels, a trial size of dish washing liquid, a few dishwasher pods, etc. This house came with absolutely nothing. In addition the master bedroom dresser was missing a drawer, there was no iron or ironing board, the gas grill was filthy and one of the outdoor lounge chairs was damaged. Although this was reported to the rental agent, nothing was corrected although an iron and ironing board was dropped off. There was a problem with the availability of hot water. The four bathrooms could not sustain hot water. After three showers there was no hot water left. Given the rental cost for this house and our overall experience I would not recommend anyone renting it. ##### Joseph D.
