My only suggestion would be more specific instructions regarding recycling and garbage. To us it was unclear exactly what could be recycled and how it should be divided. I stayed here with some friends and there was so much space. We played a lot of games and there were several tables that fit all 12 of us. There are lots of separate areas to hang out giving the feeling of options and privacy for everybody. The game room, two living rooms, and dining room are all disconnected from each other which was good for not feeling too crowded. Hot tub was great. The main bedroom is far nicer than the four smaller bedrooms, very luxurious. This home is in a wooded area but is not private, with plenty of neighbors within line of sight, but that was fine for us too. ##### Nico A. The house has a carpenter ant problem, inside and out. House needs a fan for the upstairs bedroom. Very hot and stuffing up there. Half of the kitchen freezer does not work. Firepit knob it broken an couldnt use the fire pit. Windows are very hard to open. Need a bigger garbage can outside.
