We enjoyed our 10-day stay in this home with our two adult children, their spouses, and our infant granddaughter. The home was clean, comfortable and in a nice almost rural area. Plenty of room from neighbors and never heard any of them. Very peaceful neighborhood and just a short drive to downtown Weaverville. The kitchen was well-stocked to meet all of our cooking needs. The living room was comfortable for all of us to be in at the same time. The master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The only downside was the bed in one of the bedrooms. It wasn't shown fully opened in the pictures. We were expecting a double futon but instead, it was more like a twin bed that pulled out of a drawer at the bottom. We spent a lot of time on the screened in back porch that was so peaceful & relaxing. We could birdwatch right from there. We were visiting Mars Hill university and the drive was 10 minutes and 20 to Ashville. Excellent location for a mountain getaway but so close to everything! Everything was smooth from booking to checkout. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and the house is very spacious.
