I am so happy we found this property to stay at. It was only minutes away from her nursing home but it felt like staying in your own country retreat. It’s amazing to look out the window and see so much beauty and nature. The property was clean and well kept and the owner Rodney was a gracious host. He came to check on us the first day and was so patient with my 77 year old father who loves to talk. He let my dad ask him about every friend and family member he could remember from the 1960’s even though he couldn’t have even been born then. It really made his day. Rodney was very accommodating and let us check in several hours early. The house was well stocked, very clean and has everything we needed. Great views. Close to the little town for coffee, food and just close enough to ashville to drive for the day. We also did multiple hikes around the area. Overall great stay. Would stay again! ##### jamie h.
