The determination and perseverance of the locals was evident in the clean up efforts. Once at the home, I felt like i had reached my oasis. The home, still showing slight damage from the storm, was standing strong and welcoming. Once inside the views of the outside flowed in through the large windows. The home drew you into her warmth and openness. Everything was very updated and well appointed. The home is perfect for two couples and allowing for privacy. The creek outside and firepit are perfect for the ones who love the outdoors. Our dogs splashed in the creek as we sat on the porch enjoying the cool weather and sylvan serenity. The location is great - 10 minutes to Weaverville, 20-25 to Asheville.
