The view of the mountains was beautiful. The location was very convenient to shopping and food options and also a great starting point for our sightseeing. The room/apartment is very nice and private and had everything we needed and more. The location is about 15 minutes from the start of the Blue Ridge Parkway and it’s in an ideal location if you’d like to see a few different things. We went to Ashville one day, the Smokey mountains another, and the Pisgah forest, along with a few other places. ##### Joseph D. Take the time to drive the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway, and visit the Winchester Creek Farm alpacas. This was by far the best experience I've ever had among any place I've stayed. ##### Bob D.
