The basement oasis was perfect for my wife and I while we spent a week in Western North Carolina. We hiked, explored, and shopped in and around Waynesville and Maggie Valley. The space was as clean and neat as it could possibly be. I sat outside on the outdoor furniture one evening and saw 8 deer come out of the nearby natural area. The location is prime for many reasons but the best reason is due to it's proximity to downtown Waynesville while also having a countryside appeal. You wouldn't know it if you're not from Waynesville, but this location is actually centrally located for many attractions in the area. He let us check in early because the room was early. The place was very nice and clean. It was nice waking up and see the mountains. My husband is 6'4", and had to duck to enter, hit his head several times over course of weekend. There is no couch or sitting area, other than the table, so if you like to kick back and watch much tv, the bed is the only option.
