This is advertised as a contact free hotel and the concept is pretty cool! This was my first time staying in one like this and I would probably stay again. I was hoping to hear back from someone before I did this review but it's been 2 weeks now so here we are. We stayed in December, the room would not stay warm AND the bathroom stayed so cold we had to keep the door shut. We also didn't have hot water and I had no one to call about that.
