« We stayed five nights at Waters edge retreat with our daughter and her husband and their two children ages six and two. The accommodations were perfect! The cottage was recently updated and spotless! It had ample room for our group, including laundry. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, spices, extra paper, towel, etc. Dishes and pots and pans were all in beautiful condition! There is no zero entry into the lake, but it is very shallow near shore and we had no problem swimming there...

« What a gem of a place you have! We enjoyed the private location, the beautiful creek and the stunning willow tree on the property! It was still close enough to the baseball fields while we were in town for our son's state tournament and a stay in cabin beats a stay in a hotel any day! »

« We had a great time during our visit. This place had the feel of a northern cabin, but was close to other activities. Was cozy inside and amenities were just right fir two. We enjoyed being able to wake up in the morning right on the lake. The sunsets were amazing and were basically outside the whole time. Family came for a cookout with the grill and we were able to fish and take the canoe out right from dock. Would absolutely stay again. Perfect time of year to enjoy the area. »

« This place is adorable and just what we were looking for! Very quiet and peaceful with great views. The kids spent the majority of the weekend fishing off the dock and had some good luck. « My family had a great time at this cabin and would for sure come back! We had 4 kids with the age ranges from 7 to 2 and the cabin was SO kid friendly. They thought of everything, there was a highchair, pack n' play, extra mattresses under the beds for more sleeping room. The water off the beach was clean and very minimal weeds. They had paddle boards, kayaks etc. that entertained my kids for hours. There was a family of geese who liked to wander so we did have to clean up some goose poop, but...

« We had a weekend stay with 5 adults and 2 dogs and the space was great! Plenty of space for everyone and the outside space is perfect. Great access to the water for kayaking and paddle boarding. The sunrise views are lovely! The stay exceeded our expectations and we will be back again! Also to note, there is patio furniture (table and 8 chairs) on the upstairs deck and 2 chairs on the bottom patio that is not photographed. »

« A really beautiful home, wonderfully managed. Visiting our daughter at UMN and enjoying lake life. A bit of a drive from the University when we needed to go back and forth and weather wasn't cooperative but the house was perfect. We'd have preferred something on the larger lake not an access point for views but you got the feeling of lake life and photos are accurate. A great escape. »

« Simple but little cabin for our family. We loved our stay. It’s located on a the end of a peninsula so you have a LARGE grassy yard and lots of waterfront. There is also a very nice little beach for my boys to play easy entry for kayaks and paddleboard. Dock was clear enough of seaweed and sandy enough to swim.
