I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this rental is not kept to the standards that the listing advertises. Upon arrival we immediately noticed how the floors clicked with every step you took. It sounded like someone was throwing down snappers as you walked around. Soon after that we noticed the side door handle (where you access the pool) was broken off so you couldn’t close the door from the outside. Other outside issues were that the deck is rotten and the hand railing was broken off. The weeds growing in the garden next to the pool were as high as my knees. Inside there was no hot water to the kitchen sink and one of the curtain rods in the living room was broken off. If the owners can provide the appropriate maintenance to the property I’m sure it could be a lovely rental given the great location. ##### Toni P.
