« Nous avons bien apprécié la maison et bien situé. Le seul point négatif est les vérandas et les fenêtres. Pas propres et beaucoup de fils d’araignées Mais l’intérieur de la maison propre. Richard, l’hôte, très apprécié. Oui, je recommanderais la maison et de plus je penses y retourner, l’an prochain. »

« It's a very nice place that we really enjoyed. It's a quiet place with evening that we needed. I was able to communicate with the manager easily for some help at the beginning of our stay. It would be good to mention that the charging station is for camping car because we thought that it was for electric car. We were still able to charge our car with a regular power extension but having the detail could prevent confusion. »

« Our family of five stayed in the Carriage house for a week. Everyone was pleased with the space and we felt home right away! It was very nice to be in the area of Picton and it gave us the opportunity to travel easily to the beaches and other towns around. We’re heading back to Québec city with great memories of our stay and we’ll definitely be back in the area… Probably again to the carriage house. »

Le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de nous remboursé la portion du ménage. Le patio a besoin d'un peu d'amour et de matériel pour être confortable. Parker is a perfect host, the house is cozy and practical yet magnificentely decorated and greatly located, walking minutes from downtown Picton and 15 minutes by car from the Sandbanks beaches. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, et les communications avec notre hôte ont toujours été faciles. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage grâce au laissez-passer de Sandbanks offert par les hôtes. « Group of three couples had a wonderful weekend here. The home was spacious and so well laid out for a group. The summer like weather allowed us to use the deck and grounds, even in Fall, but we were equally happy around the large dining table at breakfast and on the cozy sectional. « If we could add five more stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we would. Immaculate, well stocked, and full of luxurious “extras”. We zipped to the county to watch the Solar Eclipse, checked into the property and didn’t leave. It is comfortable, clean and ideal for a fun adventure. Well located, easily accessible and close to everything, this property becomes “home” before even putting down your bags. Cannot recommend more highly. »

« We had a great stay. The property was just as advertised. It comfortably slept 3 adults and 2 children. It had all the amenities we needed for our weekend stay. We loved the variety of board games available, outdoor games, canoe, etc. Our children especially loved being close by the water and able to search for bugs and shells on the shore. It was close to picton Main Street which had great shops and restaurants. »

« L’acces à l’eau pour la baignade est difficile et le fond de l’eau n’est pas beau. Beaucoup d’algues. Pour le reste tout était parfait. Les lits confortables. La cuisine WoW. Air climatisée. 2 salles de bains complètes. La vue magnifique. La véranda avec la grande table était un plus. Par contre le jour il fait chaud la dedans. ( Ce serait bien d’y avoir des stores pour pouvoir garder la fraîcheur. Je reviendrais 👌 »

« Nous avons été à sandbanks et il fallait prendre le ferry. C’était souvent très long l’attente pour embarquer. On doit compter au moins 45 minutes de plus à notre temps réel. Sinon, l’accès à l’eau de la propriété est plutôt loin de la maison. Si vous avez un paddle board, on peut en mettre un à l’eau quand même facilement. Mais il faut le transporter jusque là. J’aurais mis l’accès plus proche. Ça aurait été le fun d’avoir un kayak à notre disposition. Pour le reste, chalet de très bon goût et...
