"Easy access. Beautiful forest setting and creek access. Cozy little cabins have all u really need. 2 person hot tub was ready to go and enjoyable. Could use open/close able blackout shades over skylights so can sleep in a little longer. Otherwise really nice and easy 10min drive into soquel/Capitola village. Would return in a minute if wanting forest vs beach setting. Bonus is it’s out of the coastal fog bank. "

"Stayed at Sean’s cabin for the weekend. Was conveniently located close to Santa Cruz but far enough away so that we felt like we were on 2 different trips. One in the redwoods, one at the beach."

"The amenities of the house were as stated. The location of the property is not accessible without an offroad vehicle. The road is dirt, big bumps and ruts, and its hard to find because there is no cell service. The house is noce if you can handle all the stairs. Great place if you want aquiet, private, retreat type vacation."
