« Wanted to explore the Ithaca area. This was a perfect oasis outside the city to enjoy everything Ithaca has to offer but get away from it all in the evening. Quiet. Will definitely stay again if/when we stay in the area again. Everything was great. »

« Warm, functional home with 3 bedrooms and plenty of outdoor entertainment space. Wood and everything else you would need to have a small fire and outdoor activities to escape from the busy life we see in MA. Very clean with a full kitchen as well! Our favorite was the welcoming decor for all walks of life. We had a varying age group but we all thought it was a perfect place. The only thing is the water does smell like sulfur (eggs). We have seen it before but if someone hasn’t it could be off...

« We have been coming for several years, usually with an event on Seneca Lake. We try to book this property immediately because we love staying here! It’s always perfectly appointed and cozy. A family favorite! »

« We had a great time on our trip. The hosts were very flexible and understanding. They have thought of everything you could possibly need on your trip that you may not have thought to bring. The property was clean, the landscape of the property and surrounding area was beautiful. We loved to watch the sunrise in the mornings from the back door. « Comfortable, cosy bungalow that is exactly as described & pictured on Vrbo. The gracious, friendly owners are onsite & greeted us when we arrived & said goodbye when we departed. The bungalow features a great layout for two couples as there are two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one of which has a second door to the common area. These private areas are separated by the living room, dining room, & kitchen which provides some welcome privacy. An SUV or 4-wheel drive car may be helpful...

« This house was absolutely amazing from top to bottom! The whole house is very spacious and modern with an a stunning view in every room. They have all the kitchen ware you would need - glasses, bowls, silverware, knives, spatulas, etc. There were plenty of towels and linens. The welcome basket from Stacy was the perfect way to kick off the weekend. Stacy was also extremely responsive and helpful! I would definitely book this house again! »

« We loved our week here with our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Beach/dock/fire pit was the favorite spot, but the jacuzzi and sauna got plenty of use too. Kitchen was well-staoked and owners were nice and responsive. The fridge in the beach house was a great plus for drinks and snacks without going back up to the main house. »

« Girls’ weekend for wine tasting! The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own room. The house was clean and smelled good! We loved that the beds were made and everything we needed was provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. We definitely enjoyed hanging out talking in the evenings on the comfy couch. « Wonderful place for our group of 13, ranging in age from 4 to late 70s. We had everything we needed. Great gathering areas for meals and board games. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. »

« We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. We liked the close proximity to various winerys and restaurants. It made it very easy to stop back and drop off our goodies we collected throughout the days we were there. »

« This place has a great location. The neighborhood is safe and so quiet. All of the beds are very comfortable. The only drawback is that this is not the entire house. We were surprised there is an upstairs apartment. We did not see any mention of this in the narrative. The folks upstairs were quiet, so it was fine. Also, it stated there was a hot tub and sauna, which there were not. Not a big deal for us and we we still enjoyed ourselves. »
