Bien dans l’ensemble
Hôtel bien situé à proximité de l’autoroute. Des restaurants aux alentours de l’hôtel sont présents. Petit déjeuner copieux et service très sympathique et rapide à l’assiette. L’hôtel est vieillissant, mais la literie est très bien, la salle de bain était grande avec tout le nécessaire. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Hôtel décevant...
Nous déplorons avoir eu à payer une partie du petit-déjeuner alors que cela était normalement compris dans le forfait payé sur Hotel.com. En fait, l'hôtel vous accorde un forfait de 14$US pour le petit-déjeuner et vous payez la différence en sachant que le prix moyen par personne se situe autour de 7$US. Nous ne recommandons donc pas cet hôtel car gros besoin d'un rafraîchissement !! De plus, la literie est vraiment inconfortable !

Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine surtout pour la température de l'eau salée et de l'air ambiante. Surtout après une sortie de ski de fond le matin (à 5 km) et du magasinage en après-midi. Les journées étaient bien remplies.

alors le séjour a bien été par contre la surprise est au sujet du déjeuné inclus, je constate qu'il y a un montant alloué par contre si ont veut bien déjeuné il y auras un surplus surprise il y a eu surplus. faudrait voir a bonifier le montant du déjeuné ou bien l'indiquer sur la fiche car un déjeuné a l'extérieure de l'hôtel deviens plus économique

There were people running up and down the halls shouting. The pool was absolutely cloudy and in no way should have been open. In Maine it is illegal to open a public pool without the main drain being visible. At 12:30am the fire alarm went off forcing me to bring my 2 children ages 7 and 9 to the car for a false alarm. Absolutely terrible experience.

There was dried urine on the underside of the toilet seat. When we pulled the bedsheets back, there were stains on them, and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We called the front desk and they did send someone down to change the sheets and clean the bathroom. Signs on the side door said doors would be locked at 10 PM, they stayed unlocked all night long.

Jacuzzi broken for 3 years and closed for use.
I booked this hotel because it had an indoor jacuzzi and pool. When I got to the pool, I saw the jacuzzi was covered in a tarp. I asked when it would be opened for use I was told "Oh, it's been broken for three years so never".

Hallway smelled like smoke and weed. To get to the eating area, the lobby, the pool and fitness area, one has to pass through an unheated hallway, which was very cold. A cleaning rag was left in my room as well. Unfortunately , I was not impressed.

They were hairs on the carpet in the closet. It was dirty underneath the bed. The maid came by at 8:30 knocking on the door. The people in the hallway from next door were loud and incessantly pounding on their door wanting to get in. somebody pounded on our glass window loudly at around 1 AM. Can’t bring hot breakfast back to the room. Only continental.

Something stinks
Our stay started with a strong cigarette smell in our hallway and in our room. We left for a dew hours and when.we came.back, yhe heavy smell of Marijuana and even a cloud of Marijuana smoke.hung in our hallways. Our room smelled heavily of smoke.and.pot. The next morning we went to the restaurant and on yhe way their was a heavy smell of feces in the hallway. The people.worki g in the restaurant were very nice.

The mattress in my room smelled. Badly. The next door guest had a party until wee hours in the morning. Someone came up from the front desk 20 minutes(!) after I made a phone call (around 1:30am), but the party continued on as soon as the hotel employee left. They should have broken that party.

We paid for 3 nights and stayed all of 5 minutes. After being directed to go around back to access the room we were given we were blocked by a giant truck. Next thing you know at least 50-60 mattresses (wrapped in clear plastic) were being brought into the back door by hotel employees and the truck driver. Never a good sign. We then squeezed our way past to the room which happened to be the very first room to the left where the mattresses were being unloaded past. Stepped in, awful smell, low ceilings and not a clean bathroom. My wife went to the front desk to inquire about the mattresses and ask if there were a bed big issue and the response was “oh, we are always adding upgrades”. Horrific. Paid more than $700 (was told non-refundable) and ended up staying in Augusta.

Points faibles : Propreté, service et personnel et état et installations de l’hébergement.
rude front office staff, stinky, dirty, bad room selection, bathroom door falling off... Goes on and on.. all for 325 a night? got to be kidding me.... That said, restaurant staff was great, both in bar and for breakfast
