« Bon hôtel au niveau confort et petit déjeuner copieux, un peu de difficulté quand on ne s'exprime pas correctement en anglais. Le bémol nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, le lit n'était pas prêt pour les enfants et les serviettes de bains pas prévues, problèmes réglés rapidement avec le personnel de l'accueil. problème également quand on vient en voiture, pas d'indication que l'entrée de l'hôtel se fait par le parking de la surface commerciale, j'ai dû tourner un peu pour voir que l'information...

" On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
