« The location of the cabin was very convenient to a good amount of wineries. We visited 9 and didn’t have to drive any further than maybe 20 minutes, many of them were within a 5 minute drive. « Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Christine's property. The house was more spacious than expected and fit 17 of us (adults) comfortably. Only steps away from a dock overlooking lake Owasco. Tons of backyard space for lawn games. Driveway had tons of space and was only 10 minutes away from the downtown of Auburn. Christine was wonderful and we hope to come back again! »

« The Lakeview Lodge was just what we needed for a weekend birthday celebration with a large family group. We needed the large number of bedrooms, and having adequate space on both the main level and lower level was important, since we had cool weather and much of our time was spent indoors. « My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment. « These cabins are perfect for a long weekend stay. They are very clean and comfortable! Everything you would need is there. The owner lives across the street and came over to great us while he was mowing the lawn. He gave us a tour of the property! You will have access to the lake and a large pavilion if you can walk down the many stairs to the lake. The fire pit is huge with lots of chairs. There was lots of wood, paper and matches to get it going. »
