Beautiful modern home with high-end finishes and breathtaking view. So much attention to detail in every design aspect of this home. Such a relaxing enjoyable vacation! We loved staying here & hopefully will be able to return again soon!
Truly an oasis! Stunning views from every room, thoroughly enjoyed watching eagles, fishing, sunset/sunrise. Perfect getaway spot to unwind and get away from it all. We would book again. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot instead of keurig and better kitchen plates other than plastic.

Hidden Treasure
Beautiful scenery. Amazing house. Very secluded. The perfect getaway…. Can’t wait to go back!
We were looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat with amazing views within 3 hours from our home in Oxford Mississippi and this property exceeded on all points. We drove up the Natchez Trace, we stopped at Brook’s Grocery in Iuka (bought grab and go meals & snacks) as we did not want to cook and brought all beverages. Our stay was restful & relaxing, the land/light scaping provides lovely everchanging views that you can enjoy from anywhere in the house (the colorful flower garden on the top of the carport made us smile). We enjoyed birdwatching (cranes, Canadian geese, & pelicans) to name a few, listening to the waves lap onto the shore, cooling off in the river, and watching the boats & barges pass. There are several gathering spots as well as cozy private spaces to sit, sip, read, & meditate. While you’ll be in the middle of nature, there are all the comforts, including a big ice machine, a K-cup type coffee maker with a milk frother, wifi, a large fridge & freezer, and all the things you might need. The house was extremely clean (I appreciated the sparkling clean windows), the bed was comfortable, and we’ve now decided we need a heated floor in our bathroom too. The host was available to answer minor questions. As they said in the description, it’s probably best to have an 4WD/AWD for the gravel drive in as it is quite curvy and steep in areas. We rode into Florence one day, we did a nice 3-mile hike at Shoals Creek Preserve, and we shopped a bit downtown. A
