"From the time of check and the staff was very helpful and restaurant recommendations the next morning at breakfast all of the staff that we’re working we’re on top of it. They were all busy filling things making sure everybody had everything that they needed especially in the mail working at the desk in the morning. He was a hard worker working fast and efficiently all while being kind and saying kind things to everyone he came across you don’t see good customer service like that anymore. The only negative thing that I would say and it’s been with many hotels and not much they can do about it but You can hear everybody above you all night long that legitimately is the only negative thing. Everything within their control was wonderful, clean helpful hard workers. The staff definitely need to be commended!"

"The room was spacious and had a kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator and table with settings for four. When we checked in there was a bottle of champagne with tall stemmed glasses waiting in our room. Housekeeping was excellent and considerate throughout our stay. Well worth an excellent rating."

"Believe the pics. This is a lovely property with SB style and charm. Doesn’t quite match the location right off freeway but you can walk to downtown Carpinteria and both the City and State beaches which are excellent. Would recommend."
