For that price we had an expectation of a clean and comfortable night. Not the case. We found dirty sheets on one bed and one bed with no sheets. The property owner did promptly send someone to fix the beds. There was food in the refrigerator left by someone. The house had a musty smell throughout. Again, for that price we had an expectation of atleast the ability to have coffee in the morning. No coffee. Even the low end hotels/motels have in room coffee. The living room's full wall of windows overlook a beautiful inlet where all kinds of birds are active on the tiny island right in our view. There is a rustic screen porch that also has the same view. We also enjoyed the updated, well-stocked kitchen. The beach is an easy walk, but also has plenty of parking and lots of conveniences--we enjoyed two sunny days basking there. The first day was rainy and we enjoyed the nearby aquarium. The owner was very easy to contact and very helpful. When we first arrived, a fire alarm battery was chirping, and we were able to get in touch with them right away, and they came right over to fix it.
