Welcome to the Live Well House. A modern house w/ 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 3 car garage (w/EV outlet) & new hot tub is located in Waterbury Center, VT. Minutes to downtown Stowe, Historic Waterbury, and the Waterbury Reservoir. This 4-season house offers all the comforts of home in the picturesque Green Mtns. Whether you want to ski (close to Stowe Mtn and Bolton), mountain bike, hike, or get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the Live Well House is the perfect place to recharge.  
The space  
New, modern, and clean. Covered back and front decks. Brand new 6-person hot tub on the back deck. 3 car garage to keep all your gear safe. EV charging option.  
  
This house is perfectly situated in a 4-season area. Year-round hiking, skiing, biking, or just enjoy a quiet escape in a beautiful setting.  
  
Farm to table dining with takeout or distanced dining, craft beers, local cider, and local maple.

Access to all parts of the house except one closet in the basement.
