The laundry room is located in the building in the other side of the house so you have to exit outside and enter another door at the other end of the house. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Clean, AND restoration of woodwork, paint, door jams, etc. would take this unit up a notch or two. Window in second bedroom had broken handle so went outside to push it closed.
