The location (and the hot tub) were the key factors for our selection! This modern decorated villa style condo has ALL of your needs for a relaxing place to rest after trekking through the hills and mountains nearby. Amenities like shopping, grocery, liquor stores, and restaurants are all a short drive from the home. We also selected this home, being 30mins to 2.5hrs away from attractions like Gunlock, Snow Canyon, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. The local restaurants in Washington City were excellent for a quick dinner option after a long day out trekking!. A short drive into St. George will give you excellent upscale dining options as well as some of the best Mexican grill choices! The outdoor BBQ was another bonus, with the fire pit creating the best little oasis while sitting in the hot tub and gazing up at the stars! ##### Trevor C. Hot tub easy to use. Didn't use firepit or grill. The master bedroom king bed was comfy. The showerhead in the master bathroom doesn't have much pressure.
