MAIN LEVEL OF HOME: Spacious living room featuring a 55” smart TV, flowing into the open chef's kitchen with an island and seating for up to four guests.Modern kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: BR1: The spacious master bedroom located on the upper level offers a queen sized bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and a comfortable teal velvet sofa/futon bed. BR2: Upper-level bedroom with a queen bed. BR3: Main level bedroom with a full-size bed. Bathroom 2: Full bathroom located in the upper-level hallway. Bathroom 3: Full bathroom located on the lower level. LOWER LEVEL OF HOME: Cozy second living room/den equipped with a 50” smart TV, full-size pull-out sofa bed available, a full tub/shower bathroom and a kitchenette. The home also comes with high-speed Wi-Fi so you can stream your favorite shows on Netflix, HULU, YouTube, etc. Note: Any children's amenities, such as a baby bath or highchair, must be requested prior to check-in to ensure they are set up upon arrival. FRONT STREET FACING PATIO: Enjoy a large front deck equipped with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxation. PARKING: A private one-car parking pad is located at the back of the home, along with ample free and non-metered street parking at the front. Please note, there is 2-hour parking Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding weekends and holidays. SELF-CHECK-IN ENABLED: We offer contactless check-in procedures. A door code will be provided prior to check-in for a smooth arrival experience. TRANSPORTATION: The DC streetcar stops are less than half a mile away, making it just a few minutes' drive or about a 15-minute walk. The streetcar operates free of charge daily along the H Street Corridor. Stadium Armory and Union Station Metro stations are both approximately one mile from the home. WHAT'S INCLUDED: A starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, one roll of paper towels, two garbage bags, and starter-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, as well as hand soap at every sink. Absolutely NO parties or gatherings are allowed. 2\. Guest Registration: All guests occupying the home, including visitors, must be indicated in the reservation. Violations of this rule will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund for the remaining days. 3\. Surveillance: For guest safety, external cameras are installed facing the exterior front and back alley of the home. This may be used to review occupancy violations reported. 4\. Local Booking Restriction: Individuals residing within a 60-mile radius are not eligible to book this home. Please message us with any questions regarding this policy. AGE RESTRICTION: You must be 25 years of age or older at the time of booking to reserve this property. VALID PHOTO ID: Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. Description mentions the different levels of the house but no where did it mention steep and narrow stairs. There are not even any pictures or stairs for this property. The stairs are important to see since they are steep and narrow. The Vrbo rep was great to work with. The owners would not work with us once we figured out the issues with the stairs. One of our friends has had knees replacements recently and cannot climb steep stairs. Very disappointed in the cooperation. The Curtains were sheer and see through. Careful if you don’t like people looking in while sleeping. Grass was not cut, lawn was not in best shape. We did not stay, we went and rented a hotel in the better part of town for the four nights we had rented this property for. ##### Becky G.
