The property is great, newly renovated and very clean. Mel is awesome to work with. Very responsive to any questions. One note is the 4th ‘bedroom’ is the basement with a sofa bed. And the bathrooms are upstairs and the basement, none on the main level. We wish we had done our research on the area as it’s not the best. Certainly wouldn’t recommend walking around at night. The actual street the place is on is ok but I wouldn’t stray too far. We took Ubers everywhere rather than walking. There also aren’t too many appealing restaurants or coffee shops nearby. ##### Chris B.
